The Purpose of Discipleship

Discipleship training is the process of growing and maturing as a Christian. Hebrews 6:1 states, "Let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity." This road to maturity is paved with the knowledge acquired during discipleship training. Central Baptist Church is committed to scripture based discipleship training and we facilitate this learning by offering our both our Wednesday night meal service and child care to provide a worry free environment while you grow in the word of God. The Wednesday night meals are an excellent time of Christian fellowship while allowing your family enough time to enjoy a delicious hot meal and arrive at church on time to enjoy discipleship training. Child care is offered through our pre-school department and children K-6th grade attend small group studies. Read below about each of our discipleship training programs being offered this quarter.
